These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jaya9 online betting and casino platform ("Platform") and all its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("Member") and the entity operating jaya9.

Members must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. Any changes to personal information must be reported to jaya9 immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their username and password fully confidential. Accessing an account through a third party, or granting third-party access, is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

All financial transactions on jaya9 are processed through designated payment methods. Members must ensure that the payment account they use belongs to them.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Once a deposit is complete, funds are added to the account directly
• Depositing through another person's payment account instead of the member's own is prohibited

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800

• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete

3.3 Fraud and Misconduct

If evidence of any financial fraud, chargeback or unauthorised transaction is found, jaya9 reserves the right to freeze all funds in the associated account and take legal action.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000, and ৳10,000 (৳1,000 × 10) must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• If a withdrawal is made before completing the required wagering on a bonus, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in permanent account closure
• jaya9 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer
• Bonuses are never counted as cash — they cannot be withdrawn directly until wagering is complete
• Attempting to claim multiple bonuses from the same device, IP address or payment method is prohibited

4.3 VIP Cashback Programme

jaya9 VIP membership is divided into three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. A portion of net losses is returned as cashback each week. A maximum weekly cashback of 0.5% applies at the Bronze tier, 1.0% at Silver and 1.5% at Gold. Wagering requirements also apply to cashback.

All betting and gaming activity on jaya9 is governed by specific rules. Members must follow these rules.

5.1 Rules for Placing Bets

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, jaya9 may consider it void

• In-play betting after a match or event has started is governed by the platform's active rules

5.2 Determining Results

Betting results are determined according to the official results of the relevant sports authority. If any dispute arises over a result, jaya9's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Participation in bet hedging or match fixing is strictly prohibited
• Placing bets with the deliberate intent to abuse bonus benefits is prohibited
• Using automated software or bots to place bets is prohibited
• Any attempt at manipulation will result in immediate account closure

Every member of jaya9 must help maintain the smooth running of the platform and refrain from activities that harm other members or the platform.

6.1 List of Prohibited Activities

• Using funds obtained from illegal sources on the platform
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform for an advantage
• Harassing, threatening or deceiving other members
• Impersonating jaya9 staff or providing a false identity
• Using any kind of automated system or unauthorised software

6.2 Technical Abuse

If a technical error or bug is found on the platform, the jaya9 support team must be notified immediately. Any winnings or bonuses obtained by exploiting the error will be cancelled.

7.1 Use of Information

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms together with the associated documents (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Guidelines and the specific terms of each promotion) form the complete agreement between the member and jaya9.

12.2 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms is the authoritative text. In the event of any conflict in a translation, the Bengali version will take precedence.
